Safety Training Checklist

For students:

• EHS-4200: General Safety and Emergency Preparedness (required for all rooms)
• EHS-PROG-4875: Life Sciences Research (required for all rooms)
•                 -PROG-4875 includes the following 3 trainings: EHS-1500 Biosafety EHS-1900, Chemical Safety EHS-2200, Compressed Gas Safety
• EHS-PROG-1600 Bloodborne Pathogens Safety Training. (required for room 118)
•                 - Must be certified annually.

For TAs/instructors:

• An in-person safety orientation arranged by lab management. Orientation is good for one year. not applicable during COVID. Reach out to lab management for alternate training
